Year 10 and 11 CORE PE
In Years 10 and 11, students receive 2 practical PE lessons over a fortnight with the emphasis on participation, exercise and enjoyment. The students have a chance to select the area of activities they wish to be involved in from Outdoor team sports, Indoor games and Alternative Activities.
Within these 3 areas we cover a wide range of sports including: Football; Badminton; Basketball; Lacrosse; Dodgeball; Rounders; Athletics; Netball; Rugby; American Football; Danish Longball; Pilates; Zumba; Aerobics
